Is this a correct water flow out of a faucet? Mine is like this and it takes ages to fill a cup of water or wash something. Why can't it flow any faster?

Hi dear customer! The GPM of the RCCP series is 0.4-0.5 which would mean you should be able to fill a gallon jug in about 2 mins. The flow depends on the system you have. Can I install the system in the walk-in basement directly below the sink cabinet and run a longer water line to the faucet?

Hi there. No. We do not recommend a delivery pipe longer than 10 ft. More than that, you would need a delivery pump.

My system has stopped making RO water after 6 months of use. Changed all first pre-filters to no avail. What are the troubleshooting steps to determine what component has failed? The adapter’s output voltage is about 8.4V and water tank still has air pressure. The tank is empty and no RO water is being produced. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Just installed the system but then read the waranty and it reads @ item 9 "Feed water must be completely free from Iron, Manganese or hydrogen sulfide." The first 2 items are allowed in Canada and is listed on our city water certificates as being present in our water.The 3rd item is not listed anywhere. Clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Company didn’t make stem lock enough so after I connected the faucet and inserted the quick connect I couldn’t get the blue lock on top because the wing nut plastic stems were in the way. They should have used a regular metal nut and not such a wide plastic piece.

Hi dear customer! Your inlet water pressure should be at least 45 psi for the RCC7AK to work properly. If your inlet water pressure is below 45 psi, a booster pump should be added. However, the systems with booster pumps require 30 psi as a minimum inlet water pressure. If your inlet water pressure is below, then what you need is a delivery/demand pump.
