So I think Henry did amazing after a 3 year+ retirement fight return but Aljo earned my respect this fight. Aljo has improved a lot over the last 2-3 years. Belal also earned my respect because I can't deny he looked amazing. I thought for sure Gilbert was going to win but maybe he has been a little to active this year and needs a break. I was rooting for Cejudo, but I am proud of Aljo for defending his belt against a real Bantamweight LEGEND of a fighter. I was totally satisfied with this fight card. Hey, ISRAEL...you did it my brother..in my mind you are the GOAT of MIDDLEWEIGHTS!! I am happy for you! Israel you looked stronger in the cage than you ever have your last fight like your muscle mass was denser or something...I don't see anyone beating you at Middleweight when you train that hard. Honestly I wouldn't mind the result of Main event. I like Aljo and Cejudo. Both demonstrated a good level of tactics and technique between striking and grappling. Plus the Early preeliminar card was insane specially Hawes vs Aliskerov!!! For me the best fights were Lopes vs Evloev Khaos Williams vs Bedoya (I'd say that's a Robbery for Bedoya but still a good fight) and finally Yan Xiaonan vs Andrade!!! It was a great performance of Xiaonan!!! I also think weight cuts are starting to affect Jessica Andrade. I hope they can give Bedoya and Lopes another chance even if it's a defeat, just for the great fight they put. I feel sad for Gilbert Burns, but I found Belal Muhammad likeable and he also deserved a title shot for his streak so congratulations!!
