Rampage missile has a maximum range of 250 km. Therefore it is highely unlikely that it was used as Isfahan is more than 1000 km from Israel. The only way for that is that Israeli planes flew undetected in other’s countries airspaces, which is unlikely. Israel used Jericho almost surely.
