The Iron Beam defence system, initially expected to be ready in 2025, is being expedited by its maker, Rafale, for immediate use. The cost implications for iron dome also immensely reduces the number of batteries that can be deployed, with the cheaper interceptions from the iron beam estimated to be around $2 per missile l think that will enable Israel to invest in more units instead which will more or less reduce the effectiveness of swarm tactics. Remember if iron dome units could match the number of launchers Hamas got then swarm tactics wouldnt work but that's not realistic considering how cheap Hamas rockets and launchers are vs iron dome interceptors.
