On Purim people often dress up in interesting costumes. However there are no trick or treat, rather there are people who give others food packages as a part of the actual holiday. Then there is the reading the Book of Esther the night of Purim and in the day of Purim. And there is the other thing we do which is to to give money to most anyone who asks for it. This concept about the money, is only in the day of Purim.

Purim suppose to be a time to rejoice and worship God with gladness, not celebrate Carnival, drink and eat cookies. But the Lord is always so merciful to the Jews after they turn away from him. God is always so good to them because he is full of grace and mercy.
