I listened to this during one of the most difficult days in Israeli history. Living in Israel I am very disconnected from American Jews, even though I grew up in the US. You give me so much hope and relief from despair. Thank you. May you continue your good work for many years.

Thanks for the reminder... sometimes I think... yep, I am bound up in it over my head..., like in that existential question of yours, in a comparison with a child and that of Israel... so of course I am bound up... love Israel, the Jewish people, as I am also, from the very beginning... a Jew related to Abraham, Jacob ('s), (it too is my namesake) and a Jewish family, heritage, tradition, NYNY rabbinical traditional great grandfather and relatives of Israeli family - and so on and on and on the list is too long to mention here and risky and controversial to many so I'll let go for now... perhaps... Ci vediamo (Until...) we meet again, see you! Ciao Rebbe Ciao Amiche Ciao Shalom Aleicham ✌peace be upon you always Shabbat Shalom Abi Gezunt - So long as your heathy [you can be happy!] Best regards, Mordechai aka Slim Red Tex 🇮🇲Threelegsoman🇮🇱

I am an atheist who loves to listen to Rabbi Wolpe. Right now in the news there is so much rhetoric about Israel and Palestine. I want to know what is real and I feel that I can trust Rabbi Wolpe , so I wish I could ask him. Please if uou know hod to contact him , respond to my comment. I respect this man very much.

Thank you for your sermon. As a secular jew, I enjoy listening to your sermons. You always choose your words carefully and always know what you are talking about (well at least it comes across that way). At 6.20 min in this sermon, you mention that Anne Frank died in Auschwitz. I know that you know, but for the people that may not know, Anne Frank arrived on September 5th, 1944 at Auschwitz-Birkenau. On October 28, 1944, Anne and her sister Margot were put on a transport to the Bergen-Belsen. Bergen Belsen is about 550 miles from Auschwitz. It’s in Bergen Belsen where they both died in February 1945. (The exact date is not known).
