hey, this looks really cool, nice work on it so far, hopefully it only gets better from here :D might i suggest perhaps making remixes of the original music, it'd be cool to see this mod be like a true remaster where the game looks better AND has some interesting extra features

@@emamess So in terms of music, we intend to use Spelunky 2's music for each appropriate area (so S2 mothership music in the mothership, S2 black market music for the black market). However, since the "Spelunky HD music for Spelunky 2" mod can't account for the special areas and level feelings implemented in HDmod, taffer is making a mod to account for this. It'll play HD's music in the same locations and the same chances as HD.

The Spelunky HD 2 mothership and worn are amazing! Acid with the fluid mechanics is so cool. Seeing Israel having to navigate the mess he made was great, as a posed to the other liquid mess he makes. I’m so glad they got the kyrsknife back was my favourite part, the sword is cool, but it takes your item slot, plus the knife is far superior to the stupid eggplant crown. Plus, the mothership having the fast psychic blasts, while the elevators are actual threats makes it even more hectic. When this is finished I could watch this for hours!

The Mothership and Yeti King level actually used Spelunky 2 soundtracks here. Honestly I'm okay with that because those happen to be one of the few soundtracks from Spelunky 2 that I really like even in comparison to Spelunky HD soundtracks.

I want spiders in Spelunky 2 to behave like in Spelunky classic. They used to be way more dangerous. When Spelunky 2 was being released, i though it wouod have the classic spiders 😢 But now looking at this, i realize that someone can mod it into the game. It seems like a very small thing but it sure makes a great difference for me
