There's one government that would be willing to take over administration of Gaza which is *not* an enemy of Israel: the Vatican! Think about it. That really is a recognized government. Its land and population may be small, but its fortune and influence is very great. It could afford to rebuild Gaza and supply security to make it safe. Being neither Muslim nor Jewish, it could stay neutral to most middle-east politics. It also has the patience to spend however many years it takes to de-Nazify Gaza, and would be happy to take a major role in world affairs. A win-win situation! Call in the Vatican.
