The first one is Network A and I believe the interval signal is the tune that the first words of the Torah is sung to "Bereshis bara elohim" (In the Beginning, God created...). Sure wish that you would have included the jolly "Network B" interval signal which is never played anymore. I wonder what Network B's interval tune was?

Thanks for pointing me at the Interval Signals site. Lots of history there. The Network B interval signal from circa 1975 was the one that I was after. The Interval Signals site has it there in excellent quality. Thanks again Jonny....

No offence to Torah but the tone of Network A mentioned sounds like to me a Chinese communist song (The East is Red).

@@jenna.hill712 Radio Beijing has The East is Red as their interval signal and believe me, it’s nothing like this. It has some resembling but only in the melody to start, the tempo and pitch are different.
