@@doyouknoworjustbelieve6694 Story timee.. Jews lived on that land BC. Jews were kicked out and the name of the land was changed by the Roman Emperor Hadrian as an act of middle finger because Jews tried to rebel against the mighty Roman Empire. they changed it to Palaestina (Based on the name of Jews rival Philistines. not even related to "Palestinians" today their origin was Greek). throughout history empires lost and gained control over that land for centuries and not once there was a land named Palestine in that area. Britain came and gained control over the spoken land. Britain decided to give up because they didn't want headache of solving the Jews-Arabs conflict in that area.(Once again not once Palestine was considered a country.) The UN said alright guys, lets split the land into 2 countries. 1 will be for the Jews that lived on that land long ago and even at that time and need a safe heaven for their own. and one for the Arabs who lived there at that time. Jews said yeah, sure, yay a country. Arabs said nope and declined the UN decision. : "We want the entire land" and in 1948 attacked the Jews to kill them or drive them out and claim that land for their own. Israel won and part of the land was declared Israel. Hurray The Arabs that left and didn't flee to their neighbors got citizenship to this day and have every right as any jew in Israel apartheid as its finest. and those that left didn't. After the war the West Bank was annexed by Jordan and Gaza by Egypt. 1964 arrived and the Arabs said "alright, that's enough" and The PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) was established. Hurray again, a new country was established. , and look!!! its already occupied before it was even considered a country.. wow, magic. PLO charter (24) 1964 Palestine have no claim to Gaza Or the West Bank (You can check it if you want) because those 2 places were belong to Jordan and Egypt and who will be the sucker that will give land just like that when u can just say hey, lets take Jews land. 1967 arrived and the most embarrassing moment in the Arabs life has arrived. war began and Israel kicked the ____ out of their neighbors in 6 days and claimed the entire Sinai desert, Gaza,West Bank, and another part of the north. Israel gave up on Sinai and gave it back to Egypt for peace but that's not important in this story. The PLO Charter was fixed right after the war and now it claimed Gaza and the West Bank as Palestine Territory. Where was it 3 years ago you ask? not held by Jews so why should they consider it Palestine? oh and Israel offered multiple time to split the land and the Arabs declined it. So.. If you want to blame someone of why "Palestinians" Arabs doesn't have a country, Blame them not the Jews. Since I am not that religious the claim of the bible that this is the land of the Jews isn't the reason why i think it is. It is now the Jews homeland, They have earned it. "Palestinians" Arabs were too greedy and lost it. oh and now they cry of course. And ill say it one last time- Palestine was never, not once throughout the history a country, it was a piece of land that was ruled by multiple empires until Britain and the UN decision to make it a country( actually 2 countries but now its 1 because Arabs are greedy and declined it and started a war and lost..)

Well, yeah, because the thrice-daily Jewish prayers , at least if you follow the traditional, Orthodox Jewish laws, are supposed to be said at appointed, set times and can be somewhat time-consuming (I mean, you can rush through the morning prayers, but it still should take you *minimum* 20 minutes even if you hurry through them if you're going to go through the whole rigmarole). So yeah, if you're running late for work or school, gotta catch that bus, people run out of time. Of course, if you are dedicated, you get up early, you set your alarm clock to make it on time, you attend the synagogue service early, etc. and then you go to work or school -- lots of religious people in Israel structure their lives that way. But not everybody is so dedicated. And of course in Judaism people can always say short, personal prayers, at any time, and at any place, but I think the peeps who said they didn't have enough time were talking about the organized, required prayers which Jews are supposed to be recited at a certain time of day.

@eliper48235 жыл бұрын
In Judaism there are 3 prayers a day; one in morning, afternoon, and evening. Each one is preferably done in a synogogue with at least 10 people and one person leads the prayers. The morning prayer takes around 45 min. The afternoon about 15 min. And evening about 10 min. Each one has its own designated prayers that are said and twice a week a portion of the bible is read out loud. On sabbath the morning prayer can take much longer; sometimes up to 2-3 hours.

He gets very upset if he gets no replies, so he will create another user name so he can disagree with himself, hoping to draw others "into the fight" He loves any kind of response, positive or negative. Judaism is not like other religions. If you analyze Jews and Jewish behavior by a muslim or christian or atheist mindset, you will end up with false equations. According to Jewish law, a Jew cannot become un-Jewish, even if he declares himself the biggest atheist on the planet, if he converts to a different religion, if he makes up his own religion, or whatever. Jewishness is not based on behavior or beliefs. It is an intrinsic quality one is born with and lasts forever. There is no such thing in Torah or Jewish law as G-d giving up on a Jew or breaking His promises. It is set in stone forever. When G-d said the Jews are a chosen nation, that means He gave the Jews the role of keeping the 613 commandments delineated in the Torah, while the rest of the world has only the 7 Noahide Laws to follow. G-d's promise of the Land of Israel to the Jewish nation is not contingent on the Jews' behavior. G-d does not expect us to be perfect as He created us as flawed human beings, with the intent that we work to improve ourselves. According to Judaism, G-d does not see people as sinners. G-d sees our many good deeds and waits and watches to see how each of us are a tiny bit better than we were yesterday.

Speaking to G-d, thanking Him, acknowledging Him, is a prayer. Praying doesn't have to be from a prayer book or in a beit knesset. The number of people who choose to pray is impressive! No one is forced in Israel's Jewish democracy. I like the choice of prayers displayed by the people in this video. "Modeh Ani-" a quick thank you to G-d for reviving us from sleep, entrusting us with another day to accomplish. "Shema-" is the standard Jewish prayer declaring G-d's unity and rulership over the world. See the quality of the connection to G-d by someone not forced into praying.

I'm curious what you mean by "(Secular)" here. Is it that they LOOK secular, or do they identify as secular?

The majority of Israelis are secular. They believe in god and maybe sometimes pray but generally aren't fully worshipping him.

Not all of the majority of Israel believes in God, fortunately enough.

The majority believe in God, but the observant are in the minority. Amit B. may have some vested interest to argue that most here are athiest, but it is untrue. And I can bear witness about myself that I would have accepted his claim if it were the actual fact.

secular isn't a term applied to people, it is a political term where the state and church are separate, i.e USA is secular, Germany is secular, KSA isn't, and Israel isn't since you need to be a jew in order to qualify for citizenship. The correct term is non-religious

Can you ask non religious (non Ultra Orthodox) Israelis if they believe in God or what their connection to God is? Do they feel a special connection to God being in Israel? Or no?

what i'm puzzled by is why would your viewers (Ben, Karin, Anwar) wish to know if the secular Israelis pray? what a strange question! 🤔

Over 70% of Israelis are atheists, yet they say they are “Gods chosen ones” and they argue that God have them the holy land. Someone please explain to me how this is possible when they don’t even believe in God 😂😂😂

lol You pulled the 70% out of your ass. It's actually less than 30%. Any Israeli atheist who pronounces the figure you used is a liar.

Every one should pray and pray often. It works, but we can not boss G-d around, so He answers His way and one day *everything* will be made clear.

The problem is that a lot of people don't understand what really god is, it's far from being a breaded man in the sky with a book of rules - that's why religion is very dangerous as well. I believe people need to do self actualization work and improve their self conscious.

Blah blah swill by a Messyantic Christian who accepts the heathen blasphemous Non Testament Buy-Bull, a hodge-podge of pagan fairy tales, the basis for all that he/she spews here.
@yahsdividingswords16195 жыл бұрын
ZviJ1 There's no such thing as ''Messyantic Christian'' nor Messianic Christian. There are pagan christianities(sunday church goers) - ''99% sunday church pastors & their congregations are heading toward the Eternal Hellfire'' - Its Last warning had gone out in 2013 - find out the reasons in the below. (hint: these has been followers of the man-made commandment...they've betrayed God after some of them are Saved, they've settled with feel-good religion) Not Christianity But YAHUSHUAnity are The followers of [Messianic Spiritual Jewishness of YAHUSHUA] - These minorities honour YAH(God's) 20 Commandments found in Exodus 20 & 34 and Leviticus 23:1-44 (Holy Days/Feasts of YAH) - you might say what this got to do with you? Must let you know a few more years ahead of the time IF anyone continues to break the 4th commandment as a believer(Saved being or not yet saved but ''a few will be Saved during 7 years Great Tribulation,'' only if you have faith to believe what I am typing to you.) So, If anyone breaks God's True Sabbath, the 4th Commandment: "Friday Sunset until Saturday Sunset both now or during Great Tribulation, when the National Sunday Law commences you'll end up at your local Sunday Church and will end up accepting the Mark of the Beast (chips on your right hand or forehead) - if this happens because you want to buy and sell(food) you will be permanently finished with YAHUVEH(Living God, your creator) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So You must be Re-born of Spirit to hear/follow YAH's Voice now or then, God says to all those who are not yet repenting & not seeking their Eternal Salvation ...YAH says, REPENT or PERISH "BEWARE the GREAT TRIBULATION IS ONLY A BREATH AWAY - given 2010 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ No one will answer they want to go to eternal hell... So then you must Ask & Seek your Salvation while there's yet time(a few more years to go until Tribulation will begin, Nuclear war between Russia & USA all are delayed but this no more ...will come after God's people are raptured halfway through 7 years G. Tribulation. I did not understand what you've written an hour ago(Are they written to whom?) The whole world(heathens or pagans) always has been in fairytale mode, these are the ones who will not believe eternal hell but only Eternal heaven. - pls. let me know if you have more questions regarding your Salvation...I hope you do not wait until the last minuets.
