Sir is there any difference between the Bengali spoken in west bengal and Bangladesh like the dialect , some slang or is it the same?

The standard Bengali is the same but there are regional dialects that people use to communicate in their day-to-day life. In short the administrative and educational Bengali is the same which is formal standard version of the language. Local people have their own dialects they use informally when talking to others.
