@Willam Jackson , I am using a nomad indoor antenna, but I have dropped it into a long pvc pipe and mounted it outside.

Managed to record this international space station conversation on 145.800 MHz with my Sony voice recorder plugged into the aux of the scanner. No idea what they are talking about, can anyone help?

What kind of antenna are you using ?

I think it's a pretty humongous antenna Mosley maybe even a little Tower off 10 meters
