Yes, If they feel you're lying, they will ask a few more questions related to female friends. Like "what the hell you did in 20 years of life, could not make a girl friend?" So many odd questions. But not everybody faces such counter attack. Moreover intelligent candidate lie knowing east and west everything about the topic , don't try to be Over smart.
