Looks like another great expansion for the game. I really like the Mocha and Baksheesh expansion and wondered if another expansion was necessary, probably not, but knowing me I'll get this one too. :-)

I have had both of the expansions for about a year and really enjoy both. Initially my playgroup liked M&B more, because it added more different things to the game and L&S got somewhat neglected unless we were playing with the 5x5 varient. Over time however we are transitioning to L&S. It feels more like the original game with the bonus of being able to do more actions. The ability to either use letters for extra turns or hoard for rubies really changes up the turn math and can lead to surprise victories.

You should really test the mokka&bakschisch expansion too. I loved Istanbul since it came out, but it truly shines in the great bazaar version with both expansions

They are both great additions to the game! Istanbul is one of those rare gems (pun intended) that you can play with as many or no expansions and it still be fresh.

No, don't get this one. It's renders the fame too big and long and there's less player interaction. You have to constantly monitor the letter numbers. The coffee expansion is worth buying though.

Hello. I want to ask. On the prison and inn cards. It's like a card. Which has a yellow star on it. And in the instructions it says to play. Action or card? What action is it exactly?

Hate it....Mocha and baksheesh is miles better... Watched this video 5 times on different days to make myself like it ....But it was a dud

“Dudiger” eh? Let me know if you’d like somebody to proof the graphics, ratings, and title screens on stuff before it goes live. I know you’re pushing super hard to get so much content out, but I think you guys could use another pair of eyes. I used to check this sort of thing for a living & would love to get involved helping the DT.
