A small amount of acraglass in the barrel channel of the stock stiffens a cheap Tupperware stock quite a bit but will add a few ounces of weight.

Looks like at SHOT Show 2024 they had .223 Rem, .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, .30-06 Springfield calibers. Fingers crossed they drop 6 CM.

Sounds like it would make a great backup gun that you wouldn't worry much about letting your clumsy buddy use. Or a backup you leave at camp and won't be as pissed if someone breaks into your truck/camp as you would be with a higher end rifle (I would still be pretty pissed lol)

Turkish stuff is definitely hit or miss. I’ve had two great experiences. One a girsan mc312 shotgun. It was and still is bulletproof so far for a beater duck gun. The other is a Sxp trap model. With that being said I’ve had horrible luck with a Turkish gun or two also. I always hope for best and if not it’s the pawn shop problem 😂

My boy is 7 and has his PA hunting lic but is only 46 inches tall with a very short Length of pull In PA we can't hunt with ARs for big game Build us a semi budget kids deer bolt gun Thanks Wade

Ruger American with the sharps bros chassis? Gets pricey but you can put any ar stock and buffer tube you want on it

We’ve did a getting kids into hunting/ shooting podcast several episodes ago. I’d go check that out. That said , option number 1, move to a better state . lol Option number 2 , buy a howa in 6 arc and drop it into a chassis. Could do the same with multiple platforms, just don’t over gun it and put a can on it.
