my pickup does not keep low, and when I accelerate it turns off, I already cleaned injectors, changed spark plugs, spark plug cables, filters and nothing. Help me please

I do have a question, if you could help me with it. I have been trying to locate the Idle Control Valve because my idle is VERY rough. If you can help me, I would appreciate it so much. I have had my Trooper for 25 years now. Its still running although somewhat rough most times anymore. Someone said to try cleaning that valve or replacing it to see if that helps. I sure hope you can help me get this idle smoothed out once and for all. Thanks!! Teresa

hey man I have a 91 Isuzu stylus dohc 1.6. and I had bought it from someone that was working on it. the egr was clogged I cleaned it. also cleaned the intake. but I can't follow the diagram for the vacuum hoses. most of them were gone so I started replacing but I can't seem to get it right. could you help me figure this out
