Isuzu D-Max review | isuzu d'max 2022

*Hi guys. In my video I said that the fuel consumption was ok. This was an error on my part. Around 8.0l/100km for a 4x4 bakkie like this is actually very good. Sorry about that* There are many bakkies in the market that do not come close to a consumption like this.

Good review. I think 7.8 to 8 litres per 100kms is good for a 4x4 double cab bakkie. A friend of mine has the hilux legend rs. He averages around 13 litres per 100kms. Dmax maybe a little behind in terms of spec and tech, but that 3.0 litre diesel is rock solid.

Thank you. You are 💯 correct there Muhammed. It definitely is rock solid and actually that fuel consumption is quite good for a 4x4. Have you seen the fuel consumption on the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon? @@neomodipa3461 that is quite true. Have you seen my review of the Peugeot Landtrek and the Jeep Rubicon? Also quite amazing bakkies. I have linked those reviews in the description box under this video if you want to check it out. The 360 camera on the Peugeot is really amazing. The Isuzu bakkie is built quite well and made for SA roads. It will perform well off road and has the rugged look and drive to support it.

Yes I realised this afterwards. This fuel consumption for a 4x4 is actually amazing. I made a mistake by saying it's not decent. What else do you like about the Isuzu D Max? Thanks for watching Louwrens.

@@MotoringAndTechWorld if you buy and drive/maintain a car in this class for a long time ie 10 plus years the reliability and solid built of the D-Max and Hilux stands out. Only difference is the DMax will not be stolen that easily.

@Motoring & Tech World for the 4x4 version ، I think R 790k is not a bad price at all. what does an equivalent ranger / mazda cost? the Mazda is a clone ofbthe Isuzu. Your review should have done some offroading to test it's capabilities, im sure it would have outgunned the Landtrek. lastly Isuzu vehicles are known for bellet proofreliability and longevity, something that can't be measured in Rands or kw. thanks for the rubicon link
