Very nice. Consider getting some chassis rust proofing. For some reason Isuzu trucks get rusty from my and others experience. Also, careful when in 4x4 not to full lock your steering. Turning circle is very good but in the sand you will break CV’s.

You'll need to change them seats to two bucks with air suspension the truck is awesome

This is brilliant!! I have a little question: if the dissimilar metals must be kept apart then how do the high tensile bolts that hold the canopy down get isolated from each metal (steel chassis to aluminium canopy)? Which makes me wonder whether you could have also done the truck chassis out of aluminium to save weight but still be strong?

Looks good. Looks like cleaning the spare wheel area will be a pain. Vinyl or ally side doors minimum 🤷‍♂️ Nowhere Bound Traveler’s has a good setup, air compressor etc.

Hi Nick, 114Kw and 419 NM that's less than the D Max, is it going to be enough? Also 18 - 20 lts/100km. In saying that carn't wait to see the final product.

The truck has different gear ratios that helps it ! It is going well so far but will defiantly let you know. Maxy got around 18-19l/hundred when towing so for such a big truck we think it’s pretty good👍🤠
