With a lot of people complaining dun sa resort sa chocolate hills, sana kasing dami rin ang may concern sa bukid sa Cebu. The environmental impact is concerning. This project only serves the 1% elite. Mas okay pa sana i develop into recreational park mas marami pang tao maka enjoy at ma appreciate ang nature. 🤔

Kung sasalain natin, yung nakikipag negative feedback sa project nato, sigurado 90% dyan ang nakikisabay lang at wala naman talagang alam sa mundo ng Engineering at Architecture with the Allied professionals. Tingnan nyo naman, napakamitikyuloso ni Sir. Slater. Reputasyon nya nakataya dito. Natural, iingatan nya yan. May mga codes silang sinusunod dito tulad ng NSCP(National Structural Code of the Philippines), NBC(National Building Code), etc. Tingnan na lang natin at obserbahan kung ano ang masasabi o hakbang na ginagawa ng mga ahensya/departamento ng gobyerno na namamahala sa ating kalikasan like DENR with the allied agencies/departments, environmental organizations, envr'l advocates, etc. Sa huli, sila ang dapat mas nakakaalam dito dahil responsibilidad nilang pangalagaan at proteksyonan ang ating kapaligiran/kalikasan. Sila ang eksperto dito.

We learn from mistake, with no mistake how would we improve? How are we gonna become a good city? If this project fail at some point, then it will serve as basis the next time we/they build something. This js Is just my sole opinion. Im not saying that you're wrong, but I believe that with mistake, we grow, the same concept can be applied to cities. And most of all, have faith and believe to experts. Some may find my opinion as foolish, but it's alright, we all have our opinion. I'm not here to open a debate, I'm just implying that, we should just love and help our cities to be the best place we Cebuano's can dwell ❤
