When inside the trade room if you crouch and walk into the fireplace you will fall inside trader Joel’s. While in there you can search some containers their is a ladder in the back if you climb it and position you cursor in the right spot you can search the weapon shelf’s behind trader Joe

Food/Water is simple in DF, buy a grill for 300 and collect every potato you find.. grill potato's eat potato's. craft a few clay bowls and fill them with lake water.. cook it in a campfire with a cooking pot. Of course this is the least of your problems on Insane DF :P GOOD LUCK! I'm super glad you're doing a long series on DF, gives us DF fans time to cope until V 1.0 is released

I'm assuming the hornets are coded the same as vultures which means they will NOT attack you unless you are injured. If you are at full health they only circle and never attack. Also, you can harvest the hornets with your knife for honey.

Hay man am new to your channel and I've been watching your 7 days to die videos and just wanna say thanks to for all the knowledge and ways around tips n tricks. I'm very new to the game and am having a hard time working things out but unlike most homes that give me a hard time am not gunna give up cuz I love the whole zombie survival thing. The Scout trader at any trader compound is your best friend early-game.. also SELL EVERYTHING early.. buy your victory .. as the creator of this mod said "There is no such thing as overkill with Zombies" .. once you start unlocking things you can start hording but its just not needed early-game.. buy the aloe from the scout trader (she often sells it)

letssss gooooo , we love this dude . take the vitamin use the dirty water and sham sandwiches the vitamin will protect you ( if khaine did not change it ) . you need 10 quests for the bike . the un-fun-pimps changed it , and lots of other changes . looking forward to the next one .ps don't forget that you can drop down in the fireplace at the trader for his room . pps cut the hornets whit the knife you can get honey out of them ( if it is still the same )

Btw you can throw stones or snowballs to lure zombies away when you don't want to fight. Also all classes are good at something. Personally I prefer survivalist for cash bonus and mechanic for salvage ops.

i still think the best class to start with is farmer XD the iron hoe (not scrap iron hoe) is super game changing, being able to farm triple wild crops and like, 5x farmplot crops is great but also certain foods give you candy effects! 100% worth it, and stews both hydrate and feed you and are simple to make/keep a stack on ya. even just red teas, orange juice, tomato juice that you can make in a mortar & pestle, and if you do like 10-20 jobs for rekt you can also learn the cooking stove and working sink schematics from him, also absolute gamechangers

Smoll correction in description: it's "Loot Quantity" not "quality". Also for doubling the loot abundance and triple block damage you need to get a proper penalty. I vote for either going for 150% xp gain (in DF that's a penalty XD) or make zombie blood moon damage be 300% too. Your choice XD

If you use a knife on the hornet corpse you'll get honey.

You can get a pot and grill from the trader. It's dirt cheap. Also remember to look around the trader compound to find the Scout. She'll have the things you need most. Lastly ALWAYS axe the blinds and curtains and you'll never be short on cloth or polymer.

Also you can make clay bowls for easy water. You can also left click on threes with those in hand to get sap for sterile bandages. Sap makes for easy early coffee. Just drink it XD.

Yep, blame TFP for that one. Once in-game in Darkness Falls, hit F1 and run the command "setgamepref SaveDataLimit -1" to disable that setting TFP made in 1.0. It applies to DF installs if you ever loaded a 1.0 install on your machine because TFP stores their app settings in the Windows Registry instead of a config.ini file as far as I understand it. If the problem persists despite running the command, land claim blocks and trader compounds override the chunks not saving changes you made to them and will keep your bases/belongings around.

Please not another run of "idk if quest rewards are worth it i just get a crafting mag bundle" the loot in the loot room is the reward. The loot room gets a huge buff when u turn the PoI into a quest.

Alpha 21 is better then 1.0 the only thing I enjoy about 1.0 is the graphic and the new vehicle mods the knew armor is super trash the fun pimps did that out of laziness instead making new assets for all the old clothes and armor they cut the assets down they only made 8 percent of the old clothing and armor system
