Another amazing site that we can visit from the comfort of our own homes, and free of charge, thanks to you both & Sue for taking us along. I noticed the big grinding stones and think maybe they may have used them to press olives to make olive oil. In a seaside town, Collioure, not far from where I live down the south east of France, there's a windmill and that was the main activity. There is however and olive grove all around the windmill and I haven't seen any olive trees where you are.

I think the cutlery problem is that you hold your knife and folk like a pencil. The ends of the handles should be hidden into the palm of your hands. The first index finger ☝️ should point down the folk and knife. Great video, loved Sue.😂
