SIRJI 3 month to perfect running Kiya lekin ek din 10km running kr Liya tabse left knee ke side me sirf running time 1km ke bad pain hota he jesE AAPNE BTAYA USI POINT PE or running stop KRTE he pain stop ho jata he chalne or stairs chdhne me bhi nahi hota..2 month running rest kiya lekin uske bad bhi running time ye issue wesa hi he.TO KYA YE IT SYNDROME ho sakta he..?

Sir same problem mera bhi. 1week rest liya tha phir uske baad aaj running kiya par same problem. Please suggest me what can i do? Kyunki Dec15 ko mera bhi physical hai jail warder keliye. abhi mujhe running karni chahiye ya rest ya painkiller ki help leni chahiye???? Plz sir suggest
