Sir, im just 22. Im feeling cracking, clicking and friction while leg extension activity. Also after X - Ray my left knee joints are close 😭. Doctor told me my joints are like old age... But i don't have any pain on my joints yet. What should I do now?

No you can’t do any exercise that put pressure on your knee check in with your doctor or physical therapy for further treatment

@@mansidawas1390 Do not try to bend your knees more than 45° and perform these exercise. You'll get relief with 3 days. Otherwise you should concern your orthopedic.
