Corbin vs Mustang vs Saddleman vs factory options?
@WindyCityRider773 Жыл бұрын
Saddleman seat are very hard (i tested one at my local Harley dealer) but I heard they break in after about 2500 miles. I also have a HD sundowner seat I didn’t like how it placed me closer to the gas tank (my wife loved the passenger saddle) so far I love the Corbin. No complaints at all.

@@WindyCityRider773 Cool. I had a Mustang 2-up seat on my old Victory Vegas that moved me down and back a little. It was my 1st cruiser and I was doing some 2-up, we both liked it: I left my Cross Country seat as-is, but I added a heater kit. I put the Sundowner on my '23 fat bob, mostly for the passenger.

How effective is it heated seat? And what’s the coldest temperature that you’ve tested the seat?

AIRHAWK SEAT CUSHIONS ARE WORTH ONES INVESTMENT FOR THOSE LONG DISTANT RIDES .

@@WindyCityRider773 I did an almost 100 degree split from one season to the next. I've done about 35 miles in 25 degree weather on the cross country. I always switch to low within a few miles. The following summer, I rode in over 120 degree weather. On my non factory heat, in add that amazon kit for motorcycles.

Bro... those Corbins hurt until you break them in. But once they are broke it makes a world of difference! Also the passenger pillon screws to the bracket across the back fender just in case you haven't figured that one out already

I bought a Corbin seat about forty years ago when they first come in business those seats are as hard as a rock and I'm sure they're still the same way to this day. Waste of 🤑

Well, one thing about motorcycles and motorcycle accessories is that they are purely opinion based.

wow hard to believe they got all that in the box.

I like that locking seat - Can you get them heated and / or cooled?
@WindyCityRider773 Жыл бұрын
Yes the Corbin has a heated option.

Nice seat...I think Corbin seats are really comfortable for short or long haul. The break in is about 500-1000 miles and it just gets better from there. My current seat is a dual tour model and I had a gunfighter on my last bike. Both with backrests. They are firm but they mold to your butt in a way that allow you to keep on the bike all day. Great seat choice and excellent installation. IMHO, you have just installed the best seat out there... Well done!

I tell you one, I have no regrets about making that purchase. I literally put almost 2k miles on that seat in a matter of 3 days and I had no discomfort at all. Worth every penny!!! Thanks for the feedback
