Why did konami change the summoning conditions from cipher blade who said "Galaxy-eyes" to "Cipher dragons" on this card? This is much of a galaxy card as crimson ninja is a ninja card.

And to all of the people who say "Its cipher support",even if its supposed to be support for them, it does'nt change anything. Cipher is a archtype what isn't even completly printed and lacks of support and instead of printing the missing pieces, they are making this? They could have given them a complet wave of support to make the archtype playable instead of this. I mean if this really was intended to be support for this archtype, then they horribly failed, because this archtype cant even build 1 rank 8 in 1 turn so how are they suppose to summon this thing? And now to the card itself: 1:The 1 effect is kind of nice for the 1 turn board, but the big problem is that galaxy/photons endboard is most of the time 1 photon lord + 1 blaster dragon and maybe an infinity. With other words we have a huge problem to build a board with 2 rank 8 in the 1 turn. 2: The 2 effect on the other hand is complet garbage. If it would be in the main phase it would be okay, but in the standby phase?! Who thought that this would be a good idea. I mean havent they learned from photon prime dragon?!! And dont say they learned from it, because you have to wait until the next standby phase and not until the 2nd standby phase!!... Day 9 waiting for new good galaxy/photon support that isnt afterglow or a bad rank 10 shiny pokemon...

I have no idea why Arc-V kaito suddenly had a Cipher sub-archetype. He already had Galaxy & Photons being the two archetypes which are essentially joined together. He didn't need a third one. Other returning characters like Alexa, Jack, Qrow and Edo all had their original archetypes, with just modern support. Was it some lore reason to keep Zexal's numbers & other plot points away from Arc-V? Did they desperately want to give him a retrained boss monster which was an Xyz? I'd say 95% of all Kaito style decks run just Photons & Galaxies as their maindeck engine. Cipher is just used as a go-to Rank 8 monster. I think one of them had a pop effect which you use when Ranking up into Darkmatter Dragon. Honestly couldn't remember and I played the deck for 4 months.

I play galaxy eyes and I like that combo can wipe the field easy if you have full armour aswell. Steal a monster make it Ex dragon (preferably XYZ so you stole materials) full armour ontop of Ex pop a face up card cipher blade onto full armour or cipher and boom you’ve got rid of 3 cards by stealing one. And if any materials on any one the card are afterglow you got another galaxy eyes photon on the field that you can overlay with another level 8 to make whatever tickles your fancy

Theoretically u get 3 monsters off of this. Use cypher to steal opponent's xyz. Turn opponents monster into Blade. Upgrade Cypher into EX then remove cypher dragon as material to return to field.

It's mean that however what happens, they will get more support in the future. To be fair, you CAN play Cloudragon with it. Summon a lvl8 monster using Cloudragon, like Afterglow or GEPD, make a Cipher Dragon, steal a monster, attach Cloudragon onto the newly made Cipher Ex using the stolen monster, two mats. With how the rules were set up, if _Photon_ won, the *ONE CARD* they would have gotten would _only_ support Photon (and not the Galaxy side) just like how the Inzektor card made for the TCG is ONLY for Inzektor and not generic Insect support that just so happen to have "Inzektor" in its name.
