I watched ur video yesterday I am 18 years old and I am studying for my CCNA and Comptia Security plus and my goal is to get a iT HelpDesk job this august right after I get my certificate!!! Is IT helpdesk the only entry job in IT? Most of the job requires past experience even w ccna so i wasplanning for helpdesk but is that reasonable? Any advice?

It help desk is called support (fill in the blank) as J R noted below, and it's the entry level I can think of. Although I think they know much. IT audit is entry level

Yeah. Some companies won't give you access to mdm. I use it in my job but other companies don't let you touch this. It really depends on the company. I'm on discord if you like to chat. We have a bunch of people on discord.
