I have a doubt, Kev... What is the purpose of "Computers" in 'Active Directory Users and Computers'? I ask this because I saw you just deleted a machine there and then you created another one, and I didn't see any problems related to user accounts login; or maybe there were and I missed that? Could you please explain that, bro?

AT my old employment , we had a naming convention , i use to delete the machine from AD when i had issues with the machine name not registering properly again ( error domain controller could not be found), this was causing the user not to login. The i login as admin and re-ad the same computer with the same name , and then the issue was fixed , user could login

question ? you can only add computers to domain from a windows 10 pro account. i have a windows 10 home how can i get a windows 10 pro iso for a virtualbox to practice like you ? do i have to buy the windows 10 pro version?
