It Got Better! The NZXT H7 Flow Ultimate PC Case Review

For anyone wondering about Air Cooling- I just built in this with a 12900k using a Thermaltake Peerless Assassin Air Cooler. I did my first all Day gaming session yesterday and recorded temps the whole time. The hottest any core got was 68c. I also did a 20 Minute synthetic stress test on the CPU at 100% all core (non-AVX) and the temps never got beyond 85c on the hottest core. Hope this helps someone! Easiest case I've ever built in and there's plenty of space for cable management- you'd have to try to get the back to bulge. I love it!

Don’t like that added dead space below the GPU compared to my 2022 model. Can other brands of fans fit on the bottom flush? Fans with RGB on the sides would be blocked so an option to move them out of the hole and mount above it and get rid of some of the dead space would be great

Direct airflow to the gpu is well worth it vs impeded gpu airflow on the older h7.

I think the front only supports a 360 AIO. The top is where the 420 goes. You can check the specs pretty easily though if you want to know.

Very curious, but for all the thermal tests were they done with the included fans that the cases bring? Or you guys picked the same kind of fan when doing the thermal tests for all the cases?

We use the included fans in their default setup for thermal testing and then add additional fans.

I don't know about the RGB version but the non-RGB version that I have- they're just standard 120mm fans so I don't see any reason why you couldn't fit on the top (I've got 2 Corsair 120mm on top, they fit fine)

I love rgb, which makes me not like tinted glass. It muffles the brightness of fan loghts. Not a fan

lack of a removable bottom filter is a big no for me. None of the reviewers think it's a big deal since they are not actually using the case, but dust is a big issue for us normies and we do need a convenient method to prevent and clean.

No. It’s good for the GPU for direct air. You just need to clean your case from time to time just like you normally should.

I have receive the case today and build Noctua stuff in the case and the glass is absolutely not tinted like on a 4000D Airflow, it's not clear but CLEARLY not tinted as the 4000D Airflow from Corsair is.

There are 2 spots- I have 2 mounted in mine. If you got rid of the SSD bracket you may be able to DIY a spot for a couple more.

Ugly, losses their essence. Last year's model was soo elegent and beauty. What a narrow bottomless with "exclusive" fans. Fans from other brand will not fit down there, similar with H6. I really look forward for this year's model. Sad
