Combine sounds great. It’s so good to see you guys getting a rhythm and things going your way. Also the corn being as dry as it is, the Lord has been with you. Hopefully you get all you can before the snow.
@GaryZeissig4 күн бұрын
A couple of things I've learned over the years is 1 lift the auger up at the hitch end so that it is horizontal. Ladders are not your friend. 2 run the grain cart auger at rated speed, because they tend to load up and break the sheer bolts at low speed. Good luck.

Well, I admit I also wondered why they did design it so that the lines and cylinder are inside the bin and not inside n the outside. Would also make it easier to repair if something fails while the cart is loaded. But I guess the designers had their reasons 🤷♂️

Been in ny most of my life. Got smart 9nce and left. Came back because of family. But you'll learn. You want dry corn in ny. You have to get it in early. Or you'll be where you are at every year. Have a good one chris
@Otherrandomguy424 күн бұрын
Upper northeast corner of NY most of ground isn't ready to plant early on an average year. It's like the land in Quebec and they harvest at 20+% and just dry it.
@markbowling34754 күн бұрын
The past couple of yrs Chris is planting as early as he can, you can plant if the ground conditions aren't ready, don't know how you expect him to get his crop of any earlier. How can you say he will learn !!!!!
