I saw Clint had a mischievous grin when he was removing the rear main seal bolts. I had a good laugh when he started dropping them in the pilot hole of the crankshaft, which Kevin then had to fish out with the sausage fingers. I do believe loader and it had no emissions EGR or anything and they ran it on jet fuel that must’ve been a machine that stayed on the military base because I do notice there is an EGR cooler on it, normally for a machine that we go out into service would not have any admissions

I was doing a chevy tahoe 5.3 powersteering pump pulley. Well some genius decided to put a car pulley on a truck pump. The diameter is different for the shaft. So instead of them getting the right parts for it. They decided to take a torch and melt it on. From the pulley being to small for the engine and water pump got eaten alive with the powersteering as well. I was using a pulley puller since that is the way you take and replace pulleys. I broke my puller. It was literally welded on from it being melted by a torch years ago from previous owner. Got it replace with a new water pump and powersteering pump with the right pulleys. Runs way better then when my friend got it.

Lots of times there wouldn't be a dang thing wrong with the machine that got cannibalized. You would just be told to pick the one with the most hours on it.
