Not to be overly conspiratorial, but the very long delay between the reporting of the test results, and the time of collection, has always struck me as suspect. I've heard it said that the lab delay was due to Covid.... but perhaps I can be excused for thinking that this explanation is a bit convenient. Kamila is a Russian ice skater -- perhaps the best woman skater ever. The lab is Scandinavian if I remember right, and they (the Scandinavians) have long running hostility towards the Russians. Kamila looked unbeatable as the Olympics approached -- you know, the non-political Olympics -- and suddenly a result appears from months prior that torpedoes her chances there. There is a history of what appear to be political attacks against Russian athletes -- Maria Sharapova comes to mind -- and this apparent attack against a fifteen-year-old ice skater, if that is what it is, is really unforgiveable.
