PF needs pro facility therapy, a device to shock the tendons weekly, stretching, wrapping. Affects the knee also. I worked for Enterprise parking cars at the airport. We all get PF on the left foot because the corp has no PF prevention exercise routines. I worked 10 months on a bad PF injury and my movements were more extreme the QBs make. I needed surgery but it took 18 months to heal naturally, diet modification for inflammation. Justin needs to go into shotgun like Dan Moreno. Maybe bring in Rivers to help him on that.
