You gotta buy the Todd Howard Visuals, Audio, and movement DLC’s to see Todd (purchased separately. Then you need 100 mods installed to make it so the graphics of him and the audio don’t make your head explode. Afterwards, you’ll need every other DLC to help it run smoothly. You are also required to have purchased at least 10 things from the Community Creations store (I thinks that’s what it’s called). Then, last but not least, you need to buy Skyrim on every console (consoles sold separately) and buy every Bethesda game ever (This includes Bethesda Softworks and Bethesda Studios). Then and only then, will you have unlocked the ability to purchase the first 3 seconds of Todd Howard (Every 3 seconds sold separately).
