Fugos new backstory doesn’t have his grandma (though you can still write around that and say she was still part of the anime backstory just more in the background)... risotto is seen forcing two passione members to do the photo stuff instead of murolo (and then kill them). They still may be able to save it but idk how. Lastly, they didn’t show the photo taking scene (for part 3 the photo taking scene was never actually shown in the manga, then added in the anime... they didn’t add the photo taking scene for part 4. This can still be worked around tho with a flashback scene)

Fugo is the best JoJo character for my money. For most of his life he is just lost. Drifting through life as nothing excites him. Then he is torn as he finds purpose with Passione and friendship with Bruno and his gang. When these 2 things that saved him finally clash, you can't claim him for not being able to choose a side. He has no problems with Passione and but couldn't stand to lose his friends. I wish Purple Haze Feedback honestly dove deeper into how he handled the deaths of his friends and him starting a new and better one with Giorno but I appreciate the lack of Giorno as he would take the focus away from Fugo.

I mean Fugo is literally the same as a Persona character . Purple Haze is essentially Fugo’s shadow, the thing that encapsulate both the sheer destructiveness and obsessive nature of Fugo, cranked to 11, and for so long Fugo rejects his stand, his shadow, purple Haze becomes unable to evolve and its capable of harming the one that projects it into the world. Rejecting purple Haze was just fugo denying the beast that’s in him. When Fugo comes to accept this, accept what purple Haze is, understand that he is Purple Haze and purple Haze is he, then the stand can truly be by its masters side. It’s no longer a shadow that would consume its counterpart but the persona that Fugo has taken on wholeheartedly and can openly say “HERE I AM”.

What if it's final ability was the weakest virus? My idea is that it's the weakest variant of the virus(but it can still pack a punch), but it's the most precise. It targets a single thing, and the virus goes after THAT thing specifically(I'd also throw in the ability to control the strength of the virus, but it would be limited). Lastly, a name for the stand. I'd call it "Purple Haze, Clear Rain", a reference to Johnny Nash's “I Can See Clearly Now". It is because the song is about new beginnings, and feel as if it will be perfect for Fugo. Other than Araki not wanting to make Fugo into a traitor, he also wrote himself into a corner with Purple Haze and how deadly it was to everyone around it. Purple Haze was in one fight, and he couldn't write good fight with it. It's interesting in the light novel sequel that Kouhei Kadono came up with Purple Haze Distortion to get both character and power growth out of it.

Btw no idea if you are interested, but the "pannacotta" translated means literally "cooked" (cotta) "fresh cream" (panna). And the actual cake is just sweet cooked freshcream (duh), usually accompanied with jam or chocolate melted on top. The cherry on top is not super common, but can happen. Completely useless information, but in italian you are supposed to pronounce double consonants exactly as they are written. The way you pronounce "Pannacotta" sounds more like "Panacota". Consants lives matter! Good vid. I am an italian fan.

He was closest with Narancia. As much as he respected Bruno, he just didn't have quite the same bond with him as Narancia. Its much better portrayed in the anime, but you can clearly see how deeply he cares for Narancia, perhaps even feeling a sense of responsibility for him. In the Light Novel, he spends a great amount of time thinking about Narancia. Its not a stretch to say that Narancia's death almost completely broke him, more so than even Bruno's. Despite his outbursts, Fugo really did try his best to be there for Narancia, helping him grow as a person and in some case, probably protecting him. In turn, Narancia was there for Fugo as well. Honestly, it just makes Narancia's death even more sad and tragic than it already was, because in losing Narancia, Fugo lost the one person he cared about above all else.

I don't how to describe it, but I felt your passion through this video, like your video on King Crimson/Diavolo. The transitions were great and I really like how you are using manga panels with the game footage. okey, some of my fun little ideas of posible evolution. A. +Durability = the virus no longer dies via sun light. By addopting an actitud like the one of Wheater Report, Fugo no longer cares who could be infected, and such, his virus spreads like a plague from person to person. B. +Power = The virus is now capable of afecting non-living organisms, by increasing his blind rage, fugo now has the capability to corroe rocks, metals and other objects around the area in witch the virus is released, the virus still dies quickly outside a host, but damange is done none the less on the short amount of time its free C. +Control = Like you said, now he can chose what is affected by his virus and what doesnt, when you mention it i couldnt help to remember Kira using his Sheer Heart Attack to save the kid on the flashback, i think fugo could do the same, chosing and removing dangerous tisue D. +Range = by not being afraid of Purple Haze anymore, Fugo lets his leash lose allowing PH to wander off further away from him. he is still equaly dangerous as always, but now Fugo can use it at a safe distance instead of having to be near the virus he releases. E. +Speed = By understanding the end people get at being infected by the virus, as Giorno puts it "the worse posible end" his virus now spreads a lot faster, but its now painless. By wanting to dish out mercy, now his stand is capable of dishing out "a peaceful end"

Purple Haze Distortion's ability could be that he could effectively use the virus in 2 different ways 1. Distorted View: Distorted View is exactly what it sounds like, think Scarecrows fear toxin from Batman Arkham Knight, but 10x scarier, everywhere you look you just see purple haze coming towards you and the only way out is to find your inner resolve and walk through the poison and hope you don't die 2. Distorted Reality: Purple Haze Distortion will create a cloud of it's own virus gas and force it to harden, creating a wall that, if unaccounted for by the enemy, fugo can punch and cause a large amount of the virus to come pouring out into an enemy's face causing a near instantaneous death. Wow, Meti, great moves, keep it up, proud of you. I always loved Fugo the most out of the Part 5 cast, he's very a rational thinker, has a lot of empathy for others, and really seems to value being a good person towards others despite his really short temper. He's also got his own emotional baggage that helps shape him into what we see, and the Purple Haze novel only really helped to show how he ends uo deling with new baggage we didn't originally get. Also I've always been a massive Hendrix fan so him having Purple Haze makes him all the more appealing to me, and I always kind of saw his outfit being made to look like parts of it were eaten away by the virus itself. Great work on this video and those new transitions are pretty damn good so far. By the way, why was there no Hendrix music in this video, man. More copyright bullshit? As far as ideas for what Distortion could do, I always thought it'd be a great idea to maybe give it some kind of remote control over the virus like being able to have a slight influence over the speed or movement of it on the host's body. Or possibly even doing something like what Fun Fun Fun and Surface can do where he could control stuff the virus is on but not eating away at. Like having it spread onto someone's arm and then maybe he could use it against them briefly while it gets eaten away. There's a lot of room to explore with an upgraded version its base ability.

I think they decided to change the past cause of time constraints. Setting up a relationship like the one Fugo has with his grandmother is easy in a manga cause it can be done with one or two pages while in an Anime, such a relationship would have to take up atleast 4 minutes of screentime for the audience to care enough and when you got 18 minutes per episode and a lot of things to introduce (New backstory, new stand, new enemy, new enemy stand, new relationships between current characters and more) then you gotta take shortcuts. It does take away the gray area of "Was Fugo right for beating up his proffessor" cause in the manga it's a gray area, he was being a dick sure, but to beat someone within an inch of their lives cause they were being insensitive can be argued to be a bad thing, while in the anime, beating someone within an inch of their life for attempting to molest you I think most will see as justified.

anime tends to add scenes and change things, which creates disagreements and basically creates araki forgets. anime is an adaptation that takes liberties and often ruins it, so don't consider it canon or a reliable source.

Purple haze is by far one of my favorite stands in Jojo, and is tied with Diver Down. Purple Hazes design is cool too, since it looks like an uncontrollable monster, just like how Fugo see's it. I would even say it has the power to 1v5 Bruno's gang with purple haze distortion, or even just regular purple haze. It truly is a cool but terrifying stand. Hell, maybe if it developed, the viruses could turn into human cells to heal people, like golden experience's power

Purple haze distortion could destroy more then other viruses. But diseases as a whole. Depending on the precision, he could technically just as easily kill 1000s of mosquitos as he could eliminate their malaria.

I don’t really have any goods ideas for how Purple Haze could evolve but a cool name for an evolution could be “Purple Haze: The Experience”. First of all, it references Fugo’s respect for Giorno, and secondly, it’s a nod to the Jimi Hendrix album “The Jimi Hendrix Experience” and the song “Are You Experienced?” (The purple haze song is also from that album so I thought it fit). Also, a cool name for an improved Voodoo Child (Sheila E.’s stand from PHF) could be Voodoo Child The Slight Return, in reference to the FULL name of the Jimi Hendrix song.
