I’m so glad you did a Kill O Watt on this. It’s a horror tv classic based on a horror book classic with one of the most iconic horror villains… that isn’t very good 😅 This is if you look at it with set tangible numbers, and don’t take cultural context or a lot of other things into consideration. Also, a lot of the weird crazy stuff that isn’t scary comes directly from the book :)

Just discovered your channel and really love your content. The IT miniseries from 1990 has a special place in my heart. Yes it can come across as pretty cheesy in places today, but Tim Curry is absolutely superb as Pennywise, truly the stuff of nightmares, and watching this scared the living hell out of me as a kid back in the early 90's. In fact, if I'm honest, it still puts the shits up me today if I watch it alone lol.

It is an okay movie with the main thing going for it is the performance of Tim Curry and the fact that its a stephen king adaptation. The final battle reminds me of killer klowns from outerspace except its a Tv movie trying to be taken seriously.

One thing l feel very strongly about regarding the 1990s tv miniseries versus the two part movie series from the 2010s is that Annette O’Toole is better than Jessica Chastain as the adult Beth.I think Ms. O’Toole is just a more interesting and sympathetic actor than Ms. Chastain,who’s never really impressed me.

I found ur channel from ur thing video and instantly binged and fell in love with this channel. The amount of views and and subs u have is almost criminal. Have you ever reached out to any similar channels for collaborations? If deadmeat ever found ur channel I’m sure he’d have you on his podcast and that would mean crazy growth. Even just mentions of ur channel on other channels would help. Like czsworld always mentions other people in his video that’s legit how I found deadmeat. Sry for the unsolicited advice I definitely couldn’t do what u do I’m not that talented but I’m a wiz at analytics.
