I think a lot of people on here underestimate how heavy that atlas stone is and how hard it is to even break it off the ground.
I'm glad you showed this Alan, I once nearly loaded a 100kg stone at 71kg bodyweight two weeks back, managed to get it off the ground onto my legs but just couldn't get it up high enough, then when i went to try it again this past monday i couldn't even get it off the ground. Some of these youtubers you know the ones, its all perfect reps, flawless everything, we don't see the reality behind just because that day you couldn't get the weight up doesn't mean you're getting weaker or that you're not training hard enough its just we're not seeing the reality behind these training videos which is what makes weight lifting beautiful, nothing fills someone with more joy than bouncing back from a bad day instead of walking away and giving up
