Paul read us several excerpts from this book several months ago on his Wednesday book segment of #DailyK. It’s sad to see the holiday stuff being put away, but remember it’s less than 365 days until you enjoy them again. Since Kyuho’s Mom liked your winter village - you ought to get her started on her own little village! You could gift her her first house during the Lunar New Year festivities this year. It’s be great to find traditional Hanoks for her village!. Have you made a plan on the direction your content will take this year? I’d love to see even more of kyuho’s cooking and your baking. Maybe even some cooking segments from Kyuho’s mom!

Another excellent video. I'm so happy to hear Beemo is doing better! YES! As for his pills, do you have pill pockets over there? If you haven't seen them, it's a soft pocket that you put the pill in and give it like a treat. For cats I've seen salmon and chicken flavors. Not every cat will do that, but many will. Much easier than the cat burrito with a pill gun method. I was wondering what the green dessert was. I was thinking maybe matcha. I don't think I've had mugwort other than in a tea. It looked soooo delicious. (Sarah, I'm with you on the Soondae... ummm no thanks). I want to try Skillshare but I struggle to find enough time to do my Korean homework. I don't know when I'd find time to do Skillshare. One day I hope I can do that as it looks excellent. When our senior cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, we had some difficulties getting her to take her medication in the beginning. Pill pockets didn't work and we felt like we were traumatizing her when we forced the pill down her throat. We now found a much easy way and our cat actually looks forward to it. We crush the pill into powder and mix it with some of the cat treat puree. She goes absolutely crazy for the puree it does a great job of hiding the bitter taste of the medication!

Man you guys have had more snow than we have this year! It has been unseasonably warm this year, I don't think we're going to get a real winter. The crocus are coming out and the starlings have migrated back. I'm so glad that Beemo is getting better! Sorry he's a fighter, our old man was too lol, thankfully my husband was stronger, so he was in charge of the pills 😂🤣😂 I'll have to check out that class about impostor syndrome Sarah mentioned. I'm literally a software engineer for one of the world's largest companies and I run my own small business and I still feel like a failure and a fraud and like I don't deserve it *all the time.* It's rough, so I feel her on that. I’m trying my best to tackle it this year.

@@2hearts1seoul I have honestly met so many people that have imposter syndrome and I feel like.... The more successful you are the worse it is? That's totally anecdotal but that's just my observation based on talking about it from other successful peers and friends? I hope you can tackle it and I hope I can too because that little voice can be so hurtful sometimes! And yeah it has been like 4-10C here with no snow so far all winter which is REALLY warm considering we're usually like -15-0C here. February is usually the coldest but it isn't looking like we're gonna get temps anywhere near our usual cold. :(

I have been jealous watching all the snow in your recent vlogs... I even watch a channel where the creator just walks around various parts of Seoul just for the snow. We finally got flurries in the East Coast of the USA where I live... but since I am borderline "in the South" we did not get anything like the Midwest or the Northeast. Fine dust comes from China and Korea's domestic factories. Many Koreans are not sensitive to fine dust, but it is frustrating that the situations are going worse...:(

Exactly what mj mj said 🥲 Yes it’s very dangerous for people’s health, which is why we tend to stay indoors on really bad fine dust days. If we do have to go out, we always wear our KF94 masks (Korea’s version of N95).
