It sincerely brings joy to my heart and spirit as well as a smile to face & tears of joy to my eyes , to see that your journey is leading to an understanding of genuine peace. Recognizing that it’s the seemingly mundane things that are in fact the things that are most satisfying and important in life (Those small pleasures). You’re growing spiritually my dear! There are still many challenges that lay ahead but you are fully equipped to navigate them. And when you feel you aren’t, remember that there are people thinking of and praying for you. Keep me updated and do not hesitate to reach out should you require any help and or support. Please. 😊

Thank you for your channel dear Ehren and for your kindness and integrity. It can be difficult to value something which one was conditioned by the dominant culture to regard as unnecessary or "less than". It can be comforting and reassuring to know that God cares about little things too ("the day of small things"). Even the simple act of planting or sowing a seed. (A metaphor that is used so many times in the Bible -- someone sows the seed, someone waters it, and God makes it grow.) I think it's when we feel small inside that we might feel we need to compensate for that in some way, and I think knowing that my autism is a hindrance to a certain extent, I have tried to compensate for that by trying to be of service to others, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I think the most important thing for me is to remember that I need to hold on to God -- if I don't have Him, I don't have anything that I can really count on for the long term.

I know youve mentioned being a Christian, so I think you would love reading Therese of Liseux and her little way. Basically, it's doing the smallest things with the greatest love. Thanks for sharing your thoughts today!
