Are you willing to share your buttercream recipe? I love the thin coverage you get on your crumb coat, which is not the same with a lot of regular buttercream recipes. Your buttercream also sets up well enough to be able to accept a layer of chocolate ganache. When I wanted to do that to a cake last week, my buttercream was too thick to add a ganache, so I ended up having to stick with a few coats of buttercream instead.
