A good episode--the characters are interesting (the gunman who has a moral code, or at least a sense of self-awareness; the partner consumed by hate; and the would-be victim, who is unaware of how he generates the hate). I do think a flaw is the sheer level of coincidences--the kids happening by and stealing the car is probably the most ridiculous, but the partner not having ANY photograph of the victim also seems dumb--like the victim seems like a fairly successful businessman, surely they would have office photographs taken at some point? Unless that was a clue indicating how shallow a relationship the two men had OR that the guy really just wanted to be there to see his partner die.

An interesting "middle" of a story, but no real setup an unsatisfying ending. We never get a proper explanation of why our guy was so desperate to see the man die so quickly. Good answers to questions like these would have made this a great psychological thriller; as is, it makes a neat character study of the quasi-principled hitman, but one compelling individual is generally not enough to carry an entire story by themself. A decent episode, but lacking too much to be one of the real greats.

It's funny how after the missus complained about living in the city, that this commercial talks about the slums ;-D

Conrad is very Anton Chigur in this one. Creepy scary.
