It's a mysterious mystery, starring MacDonald Carey (Days of our Lives - Remember?) Producer-director Elliot Lewis continues on his "true story" kick in the early 50's. Excellent story. Beside CAREY, a great supporting cast. A wonderful mystery I heard this story around 15 years ago. I also liked the music piece. The writer Carey was just like a detective tracing down what might be clues to the musician's disappearance. Excellent story, it's now in my audio collection. Many people are reported missing, some want to live a different life, and they make sure they will never be found. I appreciate the posting of this story, THANK YOU !

Did you know that MacDonald Carey starred as Cryus Random, Joe Beiden's rival in the 1951 Musical Comedy Movie Excuse My Dust with Red Skelton, Sally Forrest, William Demarest and Monica Lewis. It's a great movie.

You need to look closely at the bottom of my cover-art. "Days" was the only soap I watched back in the 70's. I was in love with Dedra Hall (or was it her sister?) I just spotted your comment today.

I dunno! I guess someone could go back and check newspaper accounts from the 40's and early 50's - to look for a guy who was never found!! (it won't be me) As I mentioned in the description, producer-director Elliott Lewis got on a "true story" kick for a while with Suspense.
