Street dealers didn't synthesize fentanyl so why are they the ones to blame? Blame big pharma because they are the ones flooding the streets. Big pharma is the world's biggest drug dealers and they have a monopoly on the game. Heroin is the strongest pain medicine that is safer and less damaging on your body than alcohol if it's used in a controlled environment. But can't let the people have an easy to make at home pain medicine becuase Dr would make no money. Make it illegal and push pills with terrible side effects that give you more problems while you try to just deal with one. They make febtanyl for what reason? It's always more profitable to attack the symptom instead of curing the disease. Our for-profit prison system will never let the root of this epidemic be addressed in any meaningful way. They lobby huge money to legislators who feed them an endless supply of street-level dealers and addicts. There's a reason why countries with the most robust social programs and safety nets are the same countries having to close prisons due to lack of inmates. We could have this too for a fraction of what we're wasting in "The War on Drugs".

The chief sheriff in san Jose California was caught importing fentanyl from China and distributing it using the sherifs ups account. She was the chief for like 15 years. I believe the police are the biggest dealers. Creates job security for the entire industrial prison complex. Big pharma needs to be held accountable as well. U think street level dealers know how to make fentanyl? Why are these overdoses not put on big pharmas head. Why is a street dealer getting charged with murder if someone dies using their drugs but ceo of big pharma get 0 consequences for the drugs they flood the streets with? Too many people resort to street drugs because Dr's are prescribing drugs that keep people needing more and raise the price. Street dealers are basically mom and pop pharmacies.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to get the help I need because doctors have flat out said they will not, under any circumstances, prescribe me opioids. I have zero history of drug abuse or drug seeking behavior as well. If I had it my way, opioids would be over the counter medicine like they are in Mexico. If people abuse them, so be it, that’s their problem. Alcohol is legal, and it’s one of the most destructive substances you can ingest, and many people have problems with it. LOL Trump was doing something about it and enacted the remain in Mexico rule. The Demonrats pledged to give illegal aliens free healthcare and rolled out the red carpet. There's a huge difference. The Demons want to make all of the illegals into voters and screw U.S. citizens. @@ostrich67

When some tenants don't care about their lease signature they can use the space to make it a store to sell whatever they want! The landlord needs to terminate that kind of lease.

It's not just fentanyl. Fentanyl itself is cut with xylazine and zenes

It amazes me how comfortable street dealers are selling stuff at public places like hotels and gas stations in broad daylight. Cameras everywhere, hella addicts and homeless, and you're just sitting there in your car with the door open playing music and selling dope???? Doesnt make sense

It’s wild how a medical drug gets dumped all over the place . My guess is government has a part of this .

Bruh being addicted to fentanyl is not always somebody's choice etc. there a million ways you can get into it and not but only a few ways out. ALOT of the time deaths the way out either by overdose or aids or hepatitis etc. Currently I'm a functional addict almost 5 years in and addicted to fentanyl and I want nothing more than to finally be clean I've only been able to attempt it once and I almost died by choking on my vomit which got into my lungs and caught a bacterial pneumonia. Now I'm terrified because here where I'm at the withdrawals are so severe wd's are actually killing people now. It's no longer just a flu sickness x1000!!! Now it's a life threatening sickness just to get off. It's like being trapped in a cornfield with absolutely no way out.

Sounds like an extremely bad trip. Speaking of if you have insurance you could check local ketamine therapy clinics and see if they take your insurance. This is a new therapy. Ketamine when administered through iv over the course of an hr and about 15 minutes can help your brain create new pathways for your synapses to travel through which can help you develop new thinking patterns. I do it and once they bump you up a few times in dosage the trip blows any mushrooms or acid ive ever taken out of the water and when you come down you dont come down in mood the k hole just slips away over the course of about 15 minutes and you are left feeling pretty fucking great. Qualifying conditions include treatment resistant depression, TBI's, migraines or bad headaches, and bi polarity. Look into it man. It could change things for you if you just give it a chance! Im on infusion #16 and idk what i would have done without this therapy.... oh you also need to be seeing a therapist i think
