You have an amazing sense of humor, as well as an acute ability to really highlight the beauty of this festival, and I have never been. Thank you, i hope you keep making videos.

Beautifull vidéo, very good song choice, nice balance between the moment where you speak and the one where you just want to show the vibe. Congratz and thank you.

One of the best real insight to camping there. Would love to see a detail video about your mister system. Thanks for letting people know what products work and which don't.
@ARoarHar Жыл бұрын
Thanks! I do try to provide a little bit of actually useful information in my videos. If I don't get too distracted by all the sparkly things this year, I will try to do a stand-alone tent camping info-video this year and put in info about the misting system. Maybe I'll even talk to other campers about what works for them (I'm a total introvert so don't hold your breath on that :-).

Just a tidbit: Burning Man is a Transformational Movement, and although the term to describe it’s leadership style and seemingly positive approach, it’s tends to be great for the leaders long term goal, such as globalization, but the subordinates, ie followers, and the rest get the short end of the stick, in the long run, and although the ideology sounds impressive, it’s not quite what you/many may have hoped for. Transformational Leadership is just what it is intended, its the vision created by a Leader(s) vision, which guides followers for change through influence, inspiration, and executing the change is in tandem with committed members of a group. The “Leaders” behaviors influence followers and inspire them to perform beyond their perceived capabilities. Sounds cool! Right?🤔 Enhancing subordinates commitment, involvement, loyalty, and performance of followers, still sounds cool! Right? These leaders provide followers with an inspiring mission and vision giving them an identity. These leaders encourage followers to come up with new and unique ways to challenge the status quo and to alter the environment to support being successful. MLK was also considered a visionary. In addition; Adolf Hitler would be an example of a leader that had profound emotional impact on his subordinates. Not my words. Unlike *transactional leadership* approach, *transnational leadership approach* is not based on a "give and take" relationship. Transnational Leadership practices are not inclusive, they aren’t even fair across the board, although they say they are, they abhor independents, and critical thinking, if they don’t agree. See Communism. Trans(actional’s) approach is more of an individual approach. Rather than a visionary, or ideological one of that of a group or leader. In summary, transformational leaders are visionary, they are charismatic and persuade with enthusiasm for motivation, and are proactive in nature. On the other hand, transactional leaders focus on goals, use rewards and punishments for motivation, and are reactive in nature. Lastly, Transformational Leadership characteristics were the most effective; in the following order of effectiveness from most to least: productive-inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individual *consideration* . Transactional Leadership was the next most effective; in the following order of effectiveness from most to least: contingent reward and managing-by-exception.

Forget 2022. Need that footage of 2023 when mother nature put burning man's flames out. They are still trying to leave.
