Concerning Baku objective - I used flying artillery so the city became ruined and the ai stoped attacking

Yeah, ruining Baku is certainly a way to secure it, but it's always a probability with everything that ruins it. And in my successful playthrough of that mission, even the Soviet Fire Suppression attacks didn't ruin Baku, totally jinxed 😅
