You could also sense that she is so protective of the younger two and that this sense of security and stability for not only her but for them as well took a HUGE weight off her shoulders. As so many other comments have said, the adoption ceremony was amazing, but I have to point out the pancakes. A loving mom spending time with her kids, turns something as ordinary as making breakfast into something fun and memorable. The adoption was certainly a highlight and shows how much Aaron and Crystal love their kids. But, like Crystal said, that's just the beginning of a whole life together. It's those ordinary moments - making pancakes, getting a haircut, going for ice cream - those times become the building blocks of a life well lived, in a family well loved. Congratulations to all of you, especially Bella, Rylan and Liam! Thanks for being willing to share this amazing time in your lives.

@@NinaMarchadesch they didn’t make one but a lot of older siblings take on the “parent” roll for their younger siblings when in the system sadly. I’ve had multiple friends end up in the system where they felt obligated to be the “parent” because of how their bio parents were or because they were their younger siblings only bit of consistency. The older sibling sadly feel they have to grow up way faster when they end up in the system 😔
