Hello Chef, I just did the same thing with some ribs I had over from the 4th. That brisket looks delicious. I put some greens (fresh) in my freezer. Food saver is a good thing to have in the kitchen regarding kitchen tools or products... I use my food saver every chance I get. TYFS. Be blessed. Enjoy your fold-over with your brisket.
