I absolutely agree, The car gods are up there nudging each other and saying "check this kid out....". This is what Hot Rodding is all about, Hot Rodding started in the late 40's when all those thrill seeking guys coming back from WWII would take anything they could get their hands on and build the baddest car they could with the least amount of money possible. During WWII my grandpa was a crew chief of B-17 and after the world he came home drug great grandma's 37 Plymouth out of the barn and cobbled together a bad-ass hot rod, it had a 1940 flathead Ford Engine in the Interior was homemade, the top was made out of a rollaway bed frame and the seat bottoms were 2 tractor seats that he stuffed with the stuffing of the bed mattress and then wrapped both the top and the bottoms with burlap potato sacks.

The tac welds might rust and if u hit a curb you'll leave your body work on the side walk "/. I'd Weld at least 2 inch welds every few inches just to be safe. Great job. They also have auto darkening hoods for yer eyeballs.

the thing i love about this build is not only would it have been as cheap as dirt to build, but it'd probably smoke most original mustangs! i would love to see this rig set up for drag racing, drop the weight, add a chute, big ol' mickey thomson draggers on the front, tune it to run copious amounts of boost..... and upset all the boomers with it at the drag strip!
