Love your work. Been watching for years. Keep doing your concepts! Just one* veriable at a time! **** Discaimer "One may mean many." Also for your terror bolt, craftsman makes a ratchet that work normally as well as twisting the handle actuates the ratcheting mechanism so you rotate your hand to tighten and loosen instead of swinging the whole ratchet back and forth. Amazing for tight spaces, or a 90° degree drill adapter would probably save a lot of pain and time.

When, as a child, I was asked what my plans for the future were, I replied that I wanted to be the man who repaired the wheels and frames of the local supermarket shopping carts. Needless to say, there was a good deal of sarcasm in the teacher's feedback as he derided me for such goals. All I could tell him was, "Yes, maybe so, but think of the gratitude and how satisfying it will be." Today, 60 years later, as an old machinist, I see the same surge of satisfaction in you. Follow your star.

Caught the reference to Mr Renzetti too! Funny how us engine heads/gear heads whatever you wanna call it, we all seem to watch the same channels. Machine shop channel favorites are Stefan Gotteswinter, Robin Renzetti, Tom Lipton, Abom and this ol Tony’s back catalog (newer stuff is so so imo at least). Steve Morris for four stroke drag engines, couple others pretty good too. Can anyone recommend any other good two stroke content, I’m currently in a scooter tuning phase myself irl (I’m hip to Brandon/scooter swap shop)

Life is perfect, we just have to arrange our thoughts and breathe fresh air to harmonize with it. Yesterday my Gilera runner sp was stolen approx 11:00. By 12:30 The police had video of the perpetrator on a USB-stick. Then I thought, what can I do myself. I went to the Square in-between the food stores with a picture of the Gilerafan and a 24 pack of lager and a pack of smokes. Within a minute I was cheering with my fellow humans and had positive identification and a adress. After a 5 minute walk I was outside the residence of bike skeletons. I sat down and listened. After a relaxing meditation for an hour in the Swedish bleached spring sun I could hear an angry bumblebee in the distance. It was "Acurella" . The smile on the face of the rider was priceless, I could only feel glad for him so short, because I knew he would cry soon. Now its time for a shower then the ride of the day to work, on my beloved "Acurella". PD. If i have it in me I'll drive by Norway on my way home from Jämtland this summer, be aware ;) DS.

I don’t know about you but I feel good. Nice job. I worked as engineer for 4 decades and was given the task to generate “engineering templates” which was a series of steps to perform to design our product and the template was intended to make sure everything important got done correctly for each customer’s design. It’s such a joy to watch a craftsman at work. No step by step plan, no check lists, no design reviews, the list is stifling. What’s your plan? I won’t be able to tell you until I’ve done it. Refreshing.

To avoid further/potential time/effort costing issues:- - Remove blower, fill it to correct level with oil, - Remove head and get rid of that air bubble, and, - Set up the dual cable throttle for easier/more precise control... Apart from that.... She be looking good to go for further testing/tuning! Nice one fella! 👍😏 😎🇬🇧

the rotary valve or a poppet valve to close the exhaust on the piston up-stroke, is the only way to super charge a two stroke engine. a normal piston closed exhaust is open on the up-stroke, and the charged intake would short circuit out the exhaust port.
