I want to thank y'all for staying over on Friday at the Smokey Mt. Jeep Invasion, it was great to meet and talk to y'all for a few minutes. It was hot and y'all still took the time to take a picture with me. To see the Step Child in person was just awesome. Y'all can ask my wife and friends I went there with, I just wanted to meet y'all and your Jeep and glad I made it just before you left. Again thank you and Chris you did a awesome job on the Step Child.

Wow, the three of you are seriously pushing the limits on what can be done with a Jeep JL while still maintaining the majority of the body and cabin as stock. Wonder if Jeep will have an interest with the stock roll cage to make any structural changes as Lite Brite put it through a life time of flexing and stress test in just a few years. Thanks for sharing.

Known problem with PDM internal relay, overheats and fails or burns output! Easy to bypass with external relay as PCM signal is hard wired to PDM! Recalled on GC when last body was released. Can cause intermittent no starts as well!

Are the U joints in the front and rear driveshafts going to be able to phase properly with a cardan joint on one side and a single U joint on the other? I am curious because I had thought U joints needed to be in pairs to cancel out their non continuous movement. It seems that the pinion angle is staying close to the angle of the driveshaft, though, and if that lone U joint is fairly straight it wouldn't matter as much. Someone please advise I am very curious

L/B. Suspension setups sensational ! ! A front axle pinion angle on 'Stepchild' looks to be creating the darting style behaviour which results in the front propeller shaft requiring double cardon joints to correct this behaviour ? V.

Xcellent job with the craft. Disconnect the front sway bar and test drive. The at rest angle could have some effect on it. Level arm and 90 at the link seems to works best. The push and pull needs to be equal distribution. The mixed angles could cause diffent forces to each side effecting the steering.

Interesting to see the flex in comparison to Broncos. Stock Bronco Badlands (on 35s) is only about 18" before the rear wheel leaves the ground, Raptor at ~25" (on 37s), APG Prorunner Bronco ~32" (on 40s).

Honest question, when you flip that switch and open up the exhaust to where it sounds like a race car are you truly getting more horsepower or is it just a lot more noise? Maybe put it on a chassis dyno and see. So far all it seems is that it sounds like a super race car when your sitting in the driveway revving it. If it doesn't really add real horsepower I wouldn't really like the system because it adds complication to the exhaust and more stuff to go wrong. I prefer a cleaner system. Maybe your trying to keep up with the Ford Bronco??
