Mine already bricked only use one cycle it doesn’t want to charge even I’ve tried use many different wall charger for something so expensive this kind of faulty shouldn’t be happening. I’ve send email to Anker trying to claim the warranty until today there’s no news. Now im using the Aohi Starship and this powerbank can be a power station or a powerbank so far I didn’t experience any problem.

If you attach an Anker 100w charger to it whilst it's on the base, would this charge it faster than the 100w from the base? Cheers, love the channel.

My Prime 250W only lasted me 3 months unfortunately. Been a struggle to get it replaced by Anker.

Oh, no! I hope you get it sorted. Mine is still going strong so maybe you’ve just been unfortunate? I’ve recently taken delivery of a new battery pack so watch out for a video of that coming this week (I hope!).

Can you leave the powerbank attached to the base even when the powerbank is fully charged? If yes, for how long might that be? The clock disply for the powerbank it is charging looks nice when you are working at home on your desktop.

Nope. It doesn’t charge wirelessly. It uses a pogo stick connection to the underside of the battery pack.
